Preparation Method :
- Empty the contents of the Jello into a mixing bowl. Add in the boiling water and stir with a wooden spatula until dissolved.
- Mix in the orange segments. Pour it into individual dishes up to half and keep to set in the fridge.
- Melt the gelatine in ½ cup of warm water and cool.
- Combine the cream, sugar and milk in a container kept over ice.
- Whisk in the gelatine and then the fresh orange juice. Pour it on top of the set jelly and refrigerate, to serve.
INGREDIENTS
For the pudding
- 75 ml fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons gelatine
- 5 tablespoons caster sugar
- 150 ml fresh cream
- 175 ml milk
For the jelly
- 100 grams jelly pack
- 1 orange segments, peeled and cut into small pieces
