Preparation Method :
- Mix the condensed milk with orange juice, rum, milk and sugar, soak thick sponge cake in it.
- Rub in the powdered sugar and the butter to the prepared china grass.
- Then add the egg yolk one by one and beat well.
- Add in the orange peel, sufficient fried nuts and crushed Marie biscuit.
- Add the cream to the biscuit mixture. Then spread it over the sponge cake.
- Beat the egg whites well, add little sugar, again beat well. When it becomes stiff add china grass in one thread consistency into the well beaten egg whites.
- Stir constantly while adding the warm china grass. Beat the mixture again, till it stiffens. When stiff enough pour it over the butter layer and allow it to set.

- 50 ml milk
- Sugar, to taste

- 150 ml water
- 500 grams powdered sugar
- 250 grams butter
- 6 eggs yolk
- 2 teaspoon orange peel
- Nuts fried in ghee
- ¾ packet Marie biscuit, crushed
- 1 tin Cream, beat lightly
- Egg white
- Little sugar
