MILK PUDDING WITH NUTS AND FRUITS

1 hour 10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat milk with condensed milk .When it starts boiling, add sugar, stir continuously and keep aside.
  • Mix gelatin in 2 Tablespoon of water and double boil it keeping over a vessel of water .Make sure not to boil.
  • Add cream and vanilla essence to milk mixture and add gelatin solution to it and move to a bowl.
  • First keep in the freezer for one hour and later keep in the refrigerator for another one hour.
  • Garnish with fruits and nuts of your choice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 ml Condensed Milk
  • 100 grams Sugar      
  • 500 ml Milk        
  • 500 ml Cream      
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence  
  • 3 tablespoon Gelatin
