HOT BANANA PUDDING

Preparation Method :

  • Slice the bananas thinly into rounds like wafers.
  • Keep 1½ cups water to boil in a heavy bottomed pan. Add sugar to make sugar syrup.
  • Add banana wafers to the sugar syrup.
  • Cook over low heat for about 15 minutes. Then add the cardamom powder and the saffron, soaked in a little water.
  • Stir in 1 tablespoon ghee. Remove from the heat and serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 300 ml water
  • 6 ripe bananas
  • 150 grams sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
  • A few saffron strands
