Preparation Method :
- Mix cocoa and sugar with 50 ml milk. Boil the remaining milk. Then add into it the cocoa mixture.
- Add the tutti-frutti and raisins. Allow to boil for about 5 minutes. Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool.
- Dissolve the gelatine in 50 ml of warm water and let it cool.
- When the milk is at room temperature. Whisk in the gelatine and the essence by keeping the vessel on ice.
- Mix in the cream and go on blending till thick and almost set. Keep stirring. Allow to set in the refrigerator.

- Few drops of vanilla essence
- 50 grams tutti-frutti
- 25 grams raisins
