- Preheat the oven.
- Peel the apples, cut them into short sticks, add a little lemon juice, add the cinnamon, and fry them with butter.
- Take 6 mini square casseroles, place several layers of black pudding and apple sticks. Season to taste.
- Cook covered for 25 minutes with butter. Add chopped chives just before serving.
