Preparation Method :
- Melt the china grass in half a cup of milk.
- Beat half a cup of sugar, eggs yolk and A pinch salt, till the egg yolk changes its colour.
- Mix it with the remaining milk and heat well, then add the melted china grass.
- Add the Nescafe powder and when thick keep aside to cool. Keep this in fridge and make it half set.
- Beat egg whites stiffly, add half a cup of sugar and beat it well again.
- Beat the half set pudding and mix the both together. Mix the chocolate and the walnuts.
- Brush the refined oil in a Pudding dish, pour the above mixture into the dish and keep in fridge to set.
- When it is set turn the pudding upside down to an attractive dish. Brush in the whipped cream on top and sides of the pudding. Garnish with the reserved chocolate pieces.
INGREDIENTS
- 15 grams packet, china grass, cut into small pieces and soaked for about an hour
- 200 grams sugar
- 3 eggs yolk
- A pinch salt
- 500 ml milk
- 2 tablespoon Nescafe powder
- 1 slab milk chocolate, cut into pieces, reserve little for garnishing
- Egg whites, beat until stiffly
- 100 grams Walnuts
- 100 grams whipped cream
- Choco chips, to garnish
