COFFEE SPONGE PUDDING

Preparation Method :

  • Melt the soaked china grass in coffee. Mix the beaten egg yolks with the measured milk and sugar, keep it on fire and heat.
  • When hot add the melted china grass and stir it on slow flame.
  • Make it slightly thick and remove from fire keep it in fridge to cool.
  • When it is half set, add the well beaten egg whites. Stir well and again allow it to set serve with custard.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 ml average strong instant coffee
  • 10 grams china grass, cut into small pieces and soaked for about an hour
  • 4 eggs, separated, beaten well
  • 350 ml milk
  • 100 grams sugar
