CHOCOLATE FUDGE PUDDING

Preparation Method :

  • Lightly grease a heatproof pudding bowl.
  • Place the ingredients for the sponge pudding in a separate mixing bowl and beat until well combined and smooth.
  • Spoon the mixture into the prepared bowl and smooth the top. Cover and steam until the sponge is cooked and springy to the touch.
  • The Sauce: Break the chocolate into small pieces and place in a small pan with the condensed milk.
  • Heat gently, stirring until the chocolate melts. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the heavy cream.
  • Turn it out on to a serving plate and pour over a little of the chocolate fudge sauce.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams cups self-rising flour
  • 100 ml corn syrup
  • 50 grams soft butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 grams unsweetened cocoa

The Chocolate Fudge Sauce

  • 100 ml condensed milk
  • 75 grams heavy cream
  • 100 grams semisweet chocolate
