Preparation Method :
- Lightly grease a heatproof pudding bowl.
- Place the ingredients for the sponge pudding in a separate mixing bowl and beat until well combined and smooth.
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared bowl and smooth the top. Cover and steam until the sponge is cooked and springy to the touch.
- The Sauce: Break the chocolate into small pieces and place in a small pan with the condensed milk.
- Heat gently, stirring until the chocolate melts. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the heavy cream.
- Turn it out on to a serving plate and pour over a little of the chocolate fudge sauce.

- 250 grams cups self-rising flour
- 100 ml corn syrup
- 50 grams soft butter
- 3 eggs
- 50 grams unsweetened cocoa

- 100 ml condensed milk
- 75 grams heavy cream
- 100 grams semisweet chocolate
