Preparation Method :
- Powder the biscuits in a mixie. Mix it with the melted butter till slightly moist and press to the bottom of the pie tin. Refrigerate.
- Sprinkle the gelatine over the orange juice. In a heavy bottomed saucepan, add sugar and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Stir constantly. Remove from heat.
- Add a few drops of orange colour. Cool.
- Beat the fresh cream till well blended. Add the orange mix to it and mix well. Pour over the biscuit base. Chill till set.
INGREDIENTS
- 75 grams castor sugar
- 1 tablespoon gelatine
- 200 ml fresh cream
- 200 ml orange juice
- A few drops of orange colour
For the crust
- 12 Marie biscuits
- 75 ml melted butter
- 6-inch pie tin with loose base

I gave this 5 stars because it really is good and easy to make. This recipe is not one you whip up at the last minute, but it is so worth the time spent in preparation and cooking.
