- Crush the biscuits to a coarse powder. Add the melted butter till slightly moist.
- Arrange it at the bottom of a greased 6-inch cake tin or pie dish with a loose base. Refrigerate.
- Melt gelatine in ¼ cup warm water. Cool.
- Mix the condensed milk with the lemon juice and colour.
- Whisk in the cream. Add the gelatine to it. Pour into the pie crust. Refrigerate till set.
- Remove from tin and decorate with lemon slices and whipped cream.

- 75 ml melted butter
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon gelatine
- 250 ml fresh cream
- 150 ml condensed milk
- 50 ml water
- 10 Digestive Biscuits
- A few drops of yellow colour
