Preparation Method :
- Mix all the ingredients except shortening, adding the milk last.
- Heat the shortening in a skillet; Pour spoonful of the pancake mixture into the pan and cook over medium heat until it turns pale gold on both sides.
- Transfer the pancake to a platter, add extra shortening if needed.
- Serve with apricot preserve.

- 175 grams flour
- 50 ml milk or cream
- 2 tablespoon shortening, for frying
- 75 grams, melted
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 250 grams rice, cooked
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- A Pinch of salt
