FRESH CORN PANCAKES

Preparation Method :

  • Add all the ingredients with the seasoning in a bowl and mix well.
  • Heat the fat in a thick small pan; drop enough mixture to cover the pan, rotate the pan to spread the mixture evenly.
  • Cook over medium heat until it turns pale gold on both sides. Serve with chilli or tomato sauce.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams fresh corn, boiled
  • 15 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoon corn flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 50 grams coriander stems, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
