BANANA PANCAKES

Preparation Method :

  • Mix the flour with eggs, milk and banana, finally add in the salt and blend well. Set it aside.
  • Heat half of the measured oil in a frying pan; pour in a spoonful of the batter and cook over low heat until it turns pale gold on both sides, turning once.
  • Make three more in the same way. Make sure that the pancakes must be cooked over a low heat to allow the centre to cook through.
  • Roll the pancakes, cut them across of same size like a long flat noodles. Then unroll the pieces.
  • Make mounds of the noodles on four warm plates; sprinkle sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon powder over them. Decorate with banana slices and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 ml milk
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 banana, peeled, mashed
  • 75 grams flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • Banana slices to decorate
