Preparation Method :
- Mix the flour with eggs, milk and banana, finally add in the salt and blend well. Set it aside.
- Heat half of the measured oil in a frying pan; pour in a spoonful of the batter and cook over low heat until it turns pale gold on both sides, turning once.
- Make three more in the same way. Make sure that the pancakes must be cooked over a low heat to allow the centre to cook through.
- Roll the pancakes, cut them across of same size like a long flat noodles. Then unroll the pieces.
- Make mounds of the noodles on four warm plates; sprinkle sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon powder over them. Decorate with banana slices and serve.
