STEWED PRUNES WITH BRANDY

Preparation Method :

  • Place the prunes and a cup of water in a pan. Bring to the boil for a minute. Remove from the heat and transfer to a bowl.
  • Stir through the brandy, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Serve with the creme fraiche.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams pitted ready-to-eat prunes 
  • 50 ml brandy 
  • 2 tablespoons half-fat crème fraiche
