SERRADURA

Preparation Time :

Preparation Method :

  • Whip the cream with a hand mixer till fluffy. Add the condensed milk to it. Blend well.
  • Crush the Marie biscuits fine in a food processor or mixer.
  • Put the cream mixture in a glass bowl. Top with the biscuit crumbs and keep in the freezer for 5-6 hours to set.
  • Before serving, let it soften a bit in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Scoop and serve.
  • Alternatively you may put a layer of cream, then a layer of crushed biscuits, and so on, finishing with the crushed biscuit.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 ml fresh cream
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 400 ml condensed milk
  • ½ packet Marie biscuits
