OREO WHIP CREAM

Preparation Time :
5 minutes

Cooking Time :
50 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Whip cream.
  • Soak and melt gelatin.
  • Whip egg white and sugar till soft peaks.
  • Fold in the gelatine at room temperature.
  • Add hung curd.
  • Mix whipped cream and crushed oreo biscuits.
  • Pour in the dish and refrigerate for 40-45 minutes.
  • Garnish with oreo biscuits and serve cold.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams Whipping Cream
  • 20 grams Gelatin
  • 2 Egg whites
  • 50 grams Sugar
  • 50 grams Curd, hung in a white muslin cloth to remove the excess water
  • 1 pack Oreo biscuit, crushed
  • Vanilla essence, if required
