COFFEE ZABAGLIONE

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Combine the egg yolks and sugar in a bowl and beat with an electric mixer until foamy and bright.
  • Whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks.
  • Divide the espresso among 4 cups. Add 2 tablespoons of whipped cream to each cup. Add 2 tablespoons of the egg mixture.
  • Serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 tablespoons sugar 
  • 100 ml sweet cream
  • 4 servings espresso, chilled
