COCONUT MUESLI

Makes :
5 portions

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Mix together the oats, wheat flakes, raisins, apricots, hazelnuts and coconut.
  • Store the mixture in an airtight container.
  • Just before serving, mix a few spoonfuls of the muesli with freshly grated apple, if liked, or serve on its own.

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 grams porridge oats
  • 100 grams wheat flakes
  • 2 tablespoon raisins
  • 50 grams dried unsulphured apricots, finely chopped
  • 50 grams roasted hazelnuts, finely chopped
  • 20 grams desiccated coconut
  • Freshly grated apple (optional)
