- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in a bowl set on top of almost boiling water. When the chocolate is almost completely melted, add the butter and stir until the mixture is smooth and shiny.
- Remove the melted chocolate from the heat and place on a work surface. Prepare a sheet of baking paper nearby on the work surface.
- Dip the beans in the chocolate with a fork and transfer them to the baking paper to dry for 1 hour, until the chocolate is completely dry.
- Store the beans in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
- Serve immediately.
