CHILLED COFFEE CREAM

Preparation Method :

  • Melt the soaked china grass in milk. When completely dissolved remove from fire.
  • Keep the melted China grass pan in a hot water bowl. Sift through a sieve.
  • Pour in the strong hot coffee and stir well, then add the sugar and when well dissolved allow this mixture to cool.
  • When this is about to set take it from fridge, add the cream and the egg white beaten well. Again keep in Fridge to set. Garnish with finely chopped cashew nuts.

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 grams china grass, cut into small pieces and soaked for about an hour
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 ml strong hot coffee
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 100 grams cream
  • One egg white beaten well
  • Cashew nuts, finely chopped
