Preparation Method :
- The night before serving, mix the oats, wheat germ and milk together in a bowl, cover with clingfilm and chill overnight.
- To serve, stir the oat mixture, add the honey, if using, yogurt and apple, and mix well.
- Spoon into serving bowls, top with the nuts and berries and drizzle over a little more honey, or fruit puree, if using.
INGREDIENTS
- 150 grams roiled oats
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ
- 100 ml full-fat milk or soya milk
- 1 tablespoon clear honey, plus extra for serving (optional)
- 1 tablespoon natural yogurt
- 1 apple, peeled, cored and grated
- 100 grams chopped nuts, such as macadamia nuts, cashew nuts or hazelnuts
- Fruit purge, to serve (optional)
- Mixed berries, such as blueberries, raspberries and strawberries
