- Combine butter and golden syrup in medium pan, stir over heat until butter is melted.
- Stir in biscuits, nuts, coconut and ginger; mix well; refrigerate about 30 minutes or until firm.
- Roll level tablespoons of mixture into balls, dip tops in combined chocolate and oil, top with 1 tablespoon of nuts; refrigerate until set.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams butternut biscuits, finely crushed.
- 100 grams butter, chopped
- 50 ml golden syrup
- 120 grams flaked almonds, toasted
- 25 grams shredded coconut
- 50 grams chopped glace ginger
- 100 grams dark chocolate, melted
- 1 teaspoon cooking oil
