WHITE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Melt the chocolate. Let it cool and then add 3 tablespoons of cream to it.
  • Beat the egg whites till stiff. Fold the chocolate-cream mixture slowly into the beaten egg whites.
  • Whip the remaining cream with 25 grams of sugar until soft peaks form. Fold it into the egg white-chocolate mixture.
  • Pour into small serving bowls and chill for about 4 hours. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar
  • 100 grams white chocolate
  • 150 ml whipping cream
  • Whites of 2 eggs
  • Cocoa powder for garnish
