Preparation Method :
- Melt the chocolate. Let it cool and then add 3 tablespoons of cream to it.
- Beat the egg whites till stiff. Fold the chocolate-cream mixture slowly into the beaten egg whites.
- Whip the remaining cream with 25 grams of sugar until soft peaks form. Fold it into the egg white-chocolate mixture.
- Pour into small serving bowls and chill for about 4 hours. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top.
