PRUNE MOUSSE
Prune Mousse has its long-lasting effect to someone who longs for a healthy dish! This food is not only healthy but self-fulfilling on one’s cravings! It can meet the standard of someone when it comes on Prune Mousse! Prepare all the ingredients and have it be set on a table!

Preparation Method :
- Cover the prunes with water, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes until soft.
- Sieve, or work in an electric blender with a little of the cooking liquid until smooth; leave to cool. Stir in the sugar, yogurt and lemon juice.
- Sprinkle the gelatine over the water in a small heatproof bowl and leave until spongy.
- Place the bowl in a pan of hot water and stir until dissolved.
- Cool slightly, then fold into the prune mixture with the cream. Pour into ramekins and chill until set.
- Decorate with the walnuts to serve.

- 500 grams dried prunes, stoned
- 100 grams Muscovado sugar
- 500 ml plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 30 grams powdered gelatine
- 6 tablespoons water
- 300 ml whipping cream, whipped
- 50 grams chopped walnuts, to decorate
