ORANGE MOUSSE

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
5 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • In a small bowl sprinkle gelatine over the cold water. Let it stand for 5 minutes. Microwave on Full for a minute. Stir well. Cool.
  • Beat the orange juice with the sugar over a bowl of ice. Add the cooled gelatine mixture and blend till the mixture thickens.
  • Add the whipped cream, with grated semi-sweet chocolate and mix well. Spoon into individual glasses and chill till set. Garnish with grated orange peel.

INGREDIENTS

  • 175 ml orange juice
  • 150 ml whipped cream
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of grated semi-sweet chocolate
  • 2 teaspoons gelatine
  • 50 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange rind
