Preparation Method :
- In a small bowl sprinkle gelatine over the cold water. Let it stand for 5 minutes. Microwave on Full for a minute. Stir well. Cool.
- Beat the orange juice with the sugar over a bowl of ice. Add the cooled gelatine mixture and blend till the mixture thickens.
- Add the whipped cream, with grated semi-sweet chocolate and mix well. Spoon into individual glasses and chill till set. Garnish with grated orange peel.
INGREDIENTS
- 175 ml orange juice
- 150 ml whipped cream
- 75 grams sugar
- 2 tablespoons of grated semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 teaspoons gelatine
- 50 ml water
- 1 tablespoon grated orange rind
