MANGO MOUSSE

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Mix the mango pulp and sugar. Dissolve the gelatine in ¼ cup warm water.
  • Pour the mixture in a vessel kept over ice, beat in the gelatine.
  • Blend in the cream.Fold in a wetted mould and refrigerate.
  • When set, run a thin knife to loosen it, unmould and decorate with mango 

INGREDIENTS

  • 120 ml fresh cream
  • 1 tablespoon gelatine
  • 250 ml mango pulp
  • 75 grams caster sugar
