MANGO MOUSSE

Preparation Method :
- Mix the mango pulp and sugar. Dissolve the gelatine in ¼ cup warm water.
- Pour the mixture in a vessel kept over ice, beat in the gelatine.
- Blend in the cream.Fold in a wetted mould and refrigerate.
- When set, run a thin knife to loosen it, unmould and decorate with mango

- 120 ml fresh cream
- 1 tablespoon gelatine
- 250 ml mango pulp
- 75 grams caster sugar
