- Soften the chocolate spread in a bowl and then fold in the whipped cream.
- Dissolve the coffee in the amaretto liqueur and fold into the chocolate mixture.
- Crumble an amaretti biscuit into the bottom of each chocolate case.
- Spoon the chocolate mixture into a piping bag with a large star nozzle and pipe into the chocolate cases.
- Decorate with the almonds or chocolate beans and chill for about 30 minutes.
