CHOCOLATE MOUSSE CUPS

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Soften the chocolate spread in a bowl and then fold in the whipped cream.
  • Dissolve the coffee in the amaretto liqueur and fold into the chocolate mixture.
  • Crumble an amaretti biscuit into the bottom of each chocolate case.
  • Spoon the chocolate mixture into a piping bag with a large star nozzle and pipe into the chocolate cases.
  • Decorate with the almonds or chocolate beans and chill for about 30 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons dark chocolate spread 
  • 150 ml double cream, whipped
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
  • 1 tablespoon amaretto liqueur
  • 6 amaretti biscuits
  • 6 ready-made chocolate cases
  • Toasted almonds or chocolate-coated coffee beans, to decorate
