TOFFEE MERINGUE GLACE

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Place the sugar, syrup, milk, butter and vanilla in a pan. Heat gently, stirring until the sugar dissolves, then bring to the boil.
  • Continue to boil for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring continuously.
  • Place the meringues on two serving dishes, add the ice cream and spoon a little of the sauce over the top.
  • Serve the remaining sauce separately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tablespoons light brown sugar 
  • 4 teaspoons golden syrup
  • 2 tablespoon milk
  • 30 gram butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 4 meringue nests
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
