Preparation Method :
- Beat egg whites, juice and sugar in small bowl on medium speed for about 10 -15 minutes or until sugar is dissolved and hold its shape.
- Spoon mixture into piping bag fitted with a medium fluted tube. Pipe medium circles of meringue, on baking paper-covered oven trays.
- Bake in very slow oven about 1 hour or until meringues are dry and crisp. Cool on trays.
- Dip bases of meringues in combined chocolate and oil, leave to set on trays.

- 150 grams caster sugar
- 150 grams dark chocolate, melted
- 2 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons IDHAYAM Sesame oil
