YOGURT AND ORANGE JELLY

Stop searching for a healthy recipe through preparing yogurt and orange jelly. This is filled with healthy and delectable ingredients like powered gelatin, low-fat yogurt and other seasonings. Preparing this healthy recipe is really fast and simple because of its accessible ingredients.

Preparation Method :

  • Sprinkle the gelatine over the water in a small heatproof bowl and leave until spongy.
  • Place the bowl in a pan of hot water and stir well until the gelatine becomes syrupy. Remove from the heat and cool for 2 minutes.
  • Put the orange juice and yogurt in a separate bowl, pour in the gelatine, and then mix thoroughly.
  • Pour into a chilled mould. Leave to set, then chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.

INGREDIENTS

  • 30 grams powdered gelatine
  • 2 tablespoon water 
  • 500 ml orange juice 
  • 300 ml plain low-fat yogurt
