Preparation Method :
- Soak the Gelatine in half a cup water. Boil the sugar and a cup water till it becomes one thread consistency and add the soaked gelatine. Take off when the gelatine melts and cool.
- Add the orange essence and strain. Pour it into a dish and set in the refrigerator.
- Melt the china grass in the remaining water. Blend the condensed milk, milk and sugar in a pan.
- Keep both the pans on fire. Stir the milk mixture continuously.
- Switch off the heat, when it just begins to boil.
- Mix the melted china grass into the milk mixture. Stir till well blended, strain and cool.
- When cool add the lime juice and grated rind of oranges into the mixture.
- Pour it over the prepared set orange jelly and return to the fridge. When fully set serve both layers together, garnish with orange segments.

- 300 ml orange essence
- 10 grams china grass, cut into small pieces and soaked for about an hour
- 1 litre water
- 400 grams condensed milk
- 750 ml milk
- 50 grams sugar
- Juice of 1 lime
- Grated rind of 2 oranges
- Orange segments, to garnish
