GRAPE JELLY

Grape Jelly is completely nourished with the right ingredients so you won’t have to ask for more! This contains a lot of healthy ingredients but they are still edible to your tongue! No one can ever stop you once you get the chance to look at it because aside from the fact that it’s looks good, it can suit your taste!

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
5 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Sprinkle the gelatine over the cold water in a heatproof bowl and leave for a few minutes until spongy.
  • Place the bowl in a saucepan of hot water and stir until the gelatine is dissolved.
  • Remove from the heat and stir in the boiling water and grape juice.
  • Allow to cool slightly, then pour the mixture into 6 tall glasses.
  • Reserve a few grapes for decoration and divide the remainder equally among the glasses.
  • Tilt the glasses and leave in a cool place to set at an angle.
  • Process the cottage cheese in a blender until smooth, or press through a tine sieve. Stir in the milk.
  • Top each of the glasses with a portion of the cheese mixture and decorate with the reserved grapes and mint leaves. Chill.

INGREDIENTS

  • 30 grams powdered gelatine
  • 6 tablespoons cold water
  • 300 ml boiling water 
  • 750 ml grape juice
  • 500 grams seedless white grapes, washed and peeled
  • 500 grams cottage cheese
  • 200 ml skimmed milk
  • Mint leaves, to decorate
