BANANAS AND BANOFFEE CREAM WITH CREPES GATEAU

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Mix half of the cream with banoffee toffee sauce in a bowl.
  • Place a crepe on a serving plate, spread a third of the banoffee cream over it, evenly but not right to the edges.
  • Arrange a third of the banana slices on top of the cream, place another crepe on top and repeat with the remaining cream and crepes.
  • Spread the remaining whipped cream on to the fourth pancake and place the gateau. Sprinkle the grated chocolate on top of the cream and serve as soon as possible.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 ready-made crepes
  • 3 firm bananas, sliced
  • 400 grams banoffee toffee sauce
  • 250 ml double cream, whipped to soft peaks
  • Grated chocolate, to decorate
