- Mix half of the cream with banoffee toffee sauce in a bowl.
- Place a crepe on a serving plate, spread a third of the banoffee cream over it, evenly but not right to the edges.
- Arrange a third of the banana slices on top of the cream, place another crepe on top and repeat with the remaining cream and crepes.
- Spread the remaining whipped cream on to the fourth pancake and place the gateau. Sprinkle the grated chocolate on top of the cream and serve as soon as possible.

- 3 firm bananas, sliced
- 400 grams banoffee toffee sauce
- 250 ml double cream, whipped to soft peaks
- Grated chocolate, to decorate
