RASPBERRY SWEETEN FOOL

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Puree the raspberries in a blender until smooth, or rub through a sieve. Sweeten the fruit with sugar, and stir in the lemon juice.
  • Combine with cold custard, mixing well, and then fold in the whipped cream. Spoon into individual stemmed glasses and decorate with fan wafers.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 gram raspberries 
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 250 ml thick cold custard
  • 300 ml double or whipping cream, whipped
  • 4 fan wafers to decorate
