ITALIAN MOCHA FOOL

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Combine the coffee and alcohol. Place the chosen cheese, yoghurt and sugar in a bowl, mix well and fold in the coffee mixture,
  • Divide half the biscuits between stemmed glasses. Spoon half the mocha cream over the biscuits.
  • Sprinkle the remaining biscuits on top, followed by the rest of the cream mixture.
  • Chill for about 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
  • Decorate with grated chocolate.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams mascarpone or ricotta cheese
  • 250 grams Greek-style yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoon demerara sugar 
  • 2 tablespoons strong espresso coffee
  • 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur, such as Tia Maria or Kahlua
  • 100 grams biscuits, roughly crushed
  • Grated plain chocolate to decorate
