PEAR AND CHOCOLATE LAYERS

Preparation Method :
- Place the pears in a small saucepan with a little water. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for about 5 minutes or until soft. Drain well and allow to stand for about 20-30 minutes and puree.
- Divide half of the puree among two small ramekin dishes and cover with half of the chocolate mousse. Cover with the rest of the puree and then top with the remaining mousse.
- Sprinkle with the almonds and serve immediately.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 ripe dessert pears, cored, skinned and diced
- 2 tablespoon toasted sliced almonds
- 100 grams Weight Watchers chocolate mousse
