NECTARINES BAKED IN WINE

Preparation Method :
- Place the nectarines in a shallow ovenproof dish and pour over the wine. Sprinkle with the sugar.
- Preheat the oven to 190°C / 375°F / Gas Mark 5 and bake in the oven for about 20-22 minutes.
- Divide between the serving dishes and spoon over the remaining wine in the dishes. Serve warm.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 nectarines, ripe and ready to eat, cut into half and remove the stones
- 250 ml red wine
- 2 tablespoons sugar
