Preparation Method :
- Heat the ghee / butter in a heavy saucepan. Add the chopped peaches and sauté on medium heat for 5 minutes or until soft.
- Add the milk, milk powder and sugar and keep stirring till dry.
- Remove from the heat and add the cardamom powder. Garnish with chopped and blanched pistachios and a few strands of saffron. Serve hot.

- 250 grams peeled and chopped peaches
- 50 ml milk
- 2 tablespoons milk powder
- 1 tablespoon clarified butter / ghee
- ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
- Pistachios chopped for garnish
- A few strands saffron
