CREAMY PEACHES

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Pour boiling water over the peaches, leave for 2 minutes, then slip off the skins. Cut into halves, remove stone (pits) and slice thinly.
  • Arrange the peaches in two shallow glass dishes. Mix together the brown sugar and the cream, then pile on top of peaches. Chill until serving time.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 large ripe peaches 
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 250 ml soured cream
