Preparation Method :
- Melt the china grass in water. Mix a cup of sugar with china grass. When it is cool add in the orange juice.
- Keep it in fridge and when it is about to set, add 1 small tin Ajanta cream and beaten egg whites and beat well again.
- Then add the peeled and seeded orange flakes, a pinch salt and grated orange rind. Pour the mixture to an attractive pudding dish.
- Then keep it in fridge for about 4-5 hours or until it sets.
- Use knife make marks in the pudding dish. Then turn the pudding upside down to another dish.
- Decorate it with Orange segments about 10-12 numbers which is un seeded and unpeeled.
INGREDIENTS
- 10 grams china grass, cut into small pieces and soaked for about an hour
- 100 ml water
- 200 grams sugar
- 300 ml orange juice
- 1 small tin Ajanta cream
- 2 beaten egg whites
- 100 grams peeled and seeded orange flakes
- A pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
