ORANGE SNOW EGGS
Orange Snow Eggs can be prepared by mixing all ingredients like-skimmed milk, yogurt, eggs, brown sugar and orange! It really looks so tempting that it’s ideal to one’s taste! With all those cited ingredients, you can savor its irresistible taste and fantastic smell and freshness!

Preparation Method :
- Beat the egg yolks with the yogurt, half the sugar and the orange rind; pour into a shallow ovenproof dish.
- Stand the dish in a roasting tin and add hot water to come halfway up the sides.
- Bake in a preheated moderate oven for about 20 to 25 minutes, until just set. Remove from the oven and let cool.
- Heat the skimmed milk gently in a frying pan. Beat the egg whites until stiff but not dry, and then beat in the remaining brown sugar.
- Slide spoonfuls of the meringue mixture into the simmering milk; poach gently for 3 to 4 minutes, turning the meringues once. Drain briefly on paper towels.
- Arrange the orange segments on top of the cooled custard and then arrange the cooked meringues on the top.
- Serve this dessert within 1 hour of finishing.

- 6 eggs, separated
- 500 ml plain low-fat yogurt
- 150 grams light soft brown sugar
- Finely grated rind of 2 orange
- 500 ml skimmed milk
- Peeled segments of 4 oranges
