- Combine the yogurt and the ginger. Remove the skin, pith and membrane from the oranges and slice finely.
- Mix the orange slices with the yogurt, chopped prunes and muesli. Spoon into individual dishes.
- Serve with honey to sweeten.

- 150 grams cooked prunes, stoned and chopped
