BROILED CINNAMON ORANGES

Preparation Method :
- Peel the fruit with a sharp knife, remove all the pith and cut into horizontally thick slices.
- Place the orange halves, cut side up, in a shallow, heatproof dish.
- Bring slices back together to reform the orange.
- Mix the cinnamon with the sugar in a small bowl and sprinkle evenly over the orange halves.
- Preheat the oven to 190°C / 375°F / Gas mark 5.
- Bake the orange halves under the preheated oven for about 10 - 15 minutes or until the sugar has caramelized and is golden and bubbling. Serve immediately.
