BAKED CLEMENTINE WITH MINT

Preparation Method :
- Preheat the oven.
- Carefully peel the Clementine and place them in the mini round casseroles with the honey and squeezed orange juice. Cook for about 15 minutes in the oven.
- Add the sugar and 10 grams butter for each mini round casserole. Set aside for a few minutes then add 2 chopped mint leaves.
- Slice the vanilla pod lengthways and scrape out the seeds. Add the icing sugar and the vanilla into the cream and whip.
- Gently heat the mini round casserole, covered, in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Serve with a tablespoon of whipped cream and fresh mint.

- 4 tablespoons acacia honey
- 5 squeezed oranges
- 50 grams butter
- 4 teaspoon sugar
- 200 ml cream
- 50 grams icing sugar
- 1 vanilla pod
- Fresh mint
