BAKED CLEMENTINE WITH MINT

Preparation Method :

  • Preheat the oven.
  • Carefully peel the Clementine and place them in the mini round casseroles with the honey and squeezed orange juice. Cook for about 15 minutes in the oven.
  • Add the sugar and 10 grams butter for each mini round casserole. Set aside for a few minutes then add 2 chopped mint leaves.
  • Slice the vanilla pod lengthways and scrape out the seeds. Add the icing sugar and the vanilla into the cream and whip.
  • Gently heat the mini round casserole, covered, in the oven for 5 minutes.
  • Serve with a tablespoon of whipped cream and fresh mint.

  • 6 Clementine
  • 4 tablespoons acacia honey
  • 5 squeezed oranges
  • 50 grams butter
  • 4 teaspoon sugar
  • 200 ml cream
  • 50 grams icing sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • Fresh mint
