- Mash the banana. Peel and mash the passion fruit (granadilla). Mix both fruits with sugar, salt and juices. Fold in the cream.
- Spoon into tall stemmed glasses and chill overnight.
- Serve with crisp biscuits.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 passion fruit
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 4 tablespoons pineapple juice
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 250 ml double or whipping cream, whipped
