RHUBARB COMPOTE
Once you hear this dish, Rhubarb Compote, what do you think will it be? Well, it’s actually a healthy and tasty dish that includes its basic ingredients of fructose, rhubarb with young angelica leaves and chopped crystallized angelica as its decoration! Be proud once you’ve finally prepared for it as it really has the magic in it!
Preparation Method :
- Pour a little cold water into a large, heavy-based saucepan to just cover the bottom.
- Add the rhubarb and fructose. Bring to the boil, then lower the heat, cover the pan and simmer gently until the rhubarb is tender, stirring once or twice.
- Spoon the rhubarb into individual glasses and cool for 1 to 2 hours.
- Decorate with angelica leaves and crystallized angelica just before serving at room temperature.

- 1 kilogram rhubarb, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 6 tablespoons fructose
Decoration
- Young angelica leaves
- 2 teaspoon chopped crystallized angelica
