HOT FRUIT COMPOTE
Eat healthy through preparing hot fruit compote. If your child is extremely prone from several health problems, you should know how to prepare this recipe. This special recipe is packed with perfect ingredients like clear honey, cider, raisins, bananas and other flavorings.

Preparation Method :
- Soak the apricots in the cider for 2 to 3 hours.
- Place the apricots, cider, honey, water, cinnamon and cloves in a large pan.
- Bring to the boil, then lower the heat, cover and simmer gently for 15 to 25 minutes, until the apricots are just soft.
- Add the raisins and continue to simmer for a further 5 minutes.
- Discard the cinnamon stick and cloves. Add the grapefruit segments and banana chunks to the pan and heat through gently.
- Serve warm, with yogurt if liked.

- 250 grams dried apricots
- 750 ml dry cider
- 6 tablespoons clear honey
- 300 ml water
- 2 cinnamon stick
- 4 cloves
- 100 grams seedless raisins
- 2 large grapefruit, peel and pith removed and divided into segments
- 4 bananas, peeled and cut into chunks
