HONEY MINT FRUIT

Honey Mint Fruit is a healthy dish which can be prepared by mixing chopped apricots, dessert pears, dessert apples, dry cider, pineapple rings, clear honey, mint leaves, lemon juice and many more! Simply cover and cook Honey Mint Fruit in the oven that will take for about 20 to 25 minutes!

20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Preheat the oven to moderate. Place all the fruit in a heat-proof dish.
  • Mix together the lemon juice, cider and honey, then pour over the fruit. Stir in the mint and mix well.
  • Cover and cook in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Chill slightly then serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 15 dried apricots, chopped 
  • 4 dessert pears, peeled, cored and chopped 
  • 4 bananas, peeled and thickly sliced
  • 4 red dessert apples, cored and sliced 
  • 4 pineapple rings, chopped 
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice 
  • 4 tablespoons dry cider 
  • 4 tablespoons clear honey
  • 20 mint leaves, finely chopped
