Preparation Method :
- Take half the summer fruits and process to a puree using a hand blender.
- Put the oats and milk into a small saucepan and simmer gently for about 5 minutes, stirring from time to time.
- Cool a little and stir in the honey, if using.
- Pour into a serving bowl and stir in the fruit puree, making a swirling pattern.
- Roughly chop the remaining fruit and scatter on top.
- Serve with natural yogurt, if using.
INGREDIENTS
- 150 grams fresh or thawed frozen summer fruits such as raspberries, strawberries, blackcurrants, redcurrants, cherries or blackberries
- 50 grams rolled oats
- 150 ml milk
- 4 teaspoon honey
- Natural yogurt, to serve
